Shipping: Products are stocked in New Zealand so orders are processed promptly. Please allow three business days for processing and delivery to urban addresses and one extra day for some rural deliveries. Prices include shipping so there are no unexpected extra costs at checkout. Goods are sent by CourierPost unless otherwise arranged.


Returns: We do our best to ensure that the Plug-In Pest Free products you receive are in perfect working order. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with any Plug-In Pest Free product you have purchased, we offer an unconditional* 60-day money back guarantee. There is also a 2-year warranty on parts and labour. If you have a Plug-In Pest Free unit that you believe needs to be replaced or refunded, please email us to advise of the issue. Please provide full details of the issue, the purchase date, and supply a contact phone number. Where relevant, please also attach photos or videos to support your request. We will respond to your request as quickly as we are able and will provide details on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Lost items: If you believe your product has been lost, please email us.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: The 60-day money-back guarantee covers goods that are returned ‘as purchased’. Any units that have been defaced, damaged, or have had the casings opened are not covered by this guarantee. We cannot refund or replace any items that are returned in that condition.

Refund Payments: For audit purposes, your purchase will be credited back via the original means of payment, to ensure any fees/points spent or earned via the sale are correctly reversed with your credit.  Should your credit card have expired, your Credit Card merchant will forward the refund to your alternative card, or the bank account you have instructed them to use for such purposes.

  • If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit notification from our payment gateway, Eway.  In the likely event you need to contact your Credit Card merchant, all transaction details will be available on that. 
  • If you paid via Direct Deposit, please include your account details you would like us to refund to, when returning your unit/s.
  • If you paid via Afterpay or LayBuy, we will process your refund via their portals and they will credit you back via the method you used to pay your account with them. 

Please note: We do not require you to retain your original packaging. We encourage you to reuse or recycle this instead.
